BAGH Rules for Match Pause and Resume Use

The BAGH match pause and resume feature is structured to support fair gameplay. This function allows temporary halts, helping manage unexpected interruptions without affecting the overall pace. It is only available during a player’s own turn and follows a defined set of limitations to avoid delays or misuse.

Pausing is only allowed when it is the player’s turn. It does not work while the opponent is making a move. Each player has a set number of pause chances per match. Each pause is timed, and once the countdown ends, the match resumes automatically. Manual resumption is possible before the timer finishes, but extending the pause beyond the set limit is not allowed.

Once the pause timer runs out, the match continues without requiring any additional action. Delays caused by ignoring the timer or avoiding resumption can lead to penalties or automatic loss, based on the game’s fair play rules. The system is designed to prevent unnecessary disruptions while allowing brief breaks when needed.

The pause and resume function helps support smooth match progress by offering short interruptions with limitations in place. It keeps matches moving without giving unfair advantages. Following these rules allows all players to compete on equal terms.
